Willan, Healey

Healey Willan(1880-1968), English-Canadian organist and composer, born in England, studied at St. Saviour's Choir School and later at the Royal College of Organists. In 1903 he became the organist and choirmaster of St. John in London. In 1913 he emigrated to Canada and became the head and Vice-Principle of the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. He composed operas and other music pieces.
